
Italian Trademark Attorney and European Trademark and Design Attorney, admitted to practice before the Italian Patent Office (UIBM) and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO, former OHIM), as well as before WIPO.
After obtaining Law degree at University LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, Letizia joined Studio Ferrario and since 2004 is Italian and European Trademarks Attorney, European Trademarks and Designs Attorney, professional representative before EUIPO, and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
She deals with the main procedural trademark matters before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and EUIPO and her areas of specialization concern disputes out of court and advice on trademarks and copyrights, contracts relating to intellectual property rights, consultancy on name registrability, opinions on availability searches, dealing with oppositions, objections, refusals of protection and replying to the same, negotiations between parties, drafting coexistence and license agreements, assignments ad withdrawals, drafting confidentiality agreements, trademark use regulations for commercial partners, etc. all of the above being carried out both at domestic and foreign levels, always by using a problem-solving practical approach.
