
Spanish and Italian Attorney-at-Law.
She obtained her Law Degree at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid having spent the last two years at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, as part of the Erasmus-Socrates Scholarship. She has also obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Garrigues Center of Madrid.
Previous experiences with leading Italian and international Law Firms specialized in Industrial and Intellectual law. Laura has now began her collaboration with Studio Ferrario providing legal assistance (judicial and extrajudicial) to domestic and foreign customers, in application of current National, EU and International regulations, in the field of trademarks, trade names, domain names, unfair competition and customs assistance and counseling.
Laura mainly deals with opposition, invalidity and revocation proceedings before EUIPO, the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, replies to objections and refusals of protection, consultancy on name registrability, opinions on availability searches, negotiations between the parties, drafting of coexistence and license agreements and assignments.
