
Italian Trademark Attorney and European Trademark & Design Attorney, admitted to practice before the Italian Patent Office (UIBM) and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO former OHIM), as well as before WIPO.
Paola, after graduating in foreign languages and tourism related sciences in Rome (Italy) and Cheltenham (U.K.), joins Studio Ferrario in 1987, working in the foreign department starting as a trainee in the trademark field. After becoming Italian and European trademark and design attorney in 1996, Paola continues to practice in the trademark and design department especially focusing on foreign clients’ portfolios.
Since the ‘90s, she acquired an extensive experience in handling EP and PCT applications and patent applications elsewhere both for Italian and foreign clients.
Furthermore, Paola assists clients in the licensing and transfer issues both for patents and trademarks.
Through the firm, Paola is associated to INTA and regularly attends INTA meetings to develop and strengthen networking with foreign clients and associates.
